The headquarters of SimplyC (my apartment) being based in Miami, I feel that writing a fashion report on Art Basel is kind of my professional duty.
So voilà:::
Miami Beach internationaly known for its Ocean Drive tacky style has seen a wave of fashion-forward/arty/bohemian looks hitting the streets.
A selection of cool looks featuring some of this Fall/Winter and Resort trends:::
- The wild catlike attitude, that is also obviously good for men, congratulations to this gentleman with the leopard loafers
- The cubist shoe, totally appropriate to go to see an Art Basel exhibition
- The coral tones, even with the chilly weather of those last days, Miami is definitely suited to the scallops and shellfish trend of this Resort 2011.
And of course a little bit of tackiness, otherwise it would not be Miami:::
